As Executive Chef at the InterContinental Cleveland, I take great pride in developing personalized menus specifically for each wedding couple that are sure to impress.

With over 25 years of chef experience, I have learned from some of the greatest teachers of the culinary world, including Roger Verge, Wolfgang Puck, Jean Banchet and Hiroshi Noguchi. This vast knowledge, paired with my own skills and creativity, allows me to flawlessly craft cuisine that not only delights the palate but is a feast for the eyes as well.

Having won my very first American Culinary Federation award in 1989, I have spent my career focusing on perfection and instill that drive in every one of my team members. From ice carvings and garnishes to main courses and the wedding cake, my staff and I understand the importance of the food and beverage experience in making your wedding day absolutely unforgettable for you and your friends and family. And we work diligently to incorporate special cultural requests and other specific needs for vegetarians, vegans and those with gluten, nut and other allergies because the satisfaction of every one of your guests is our goal every time.
